The Blog contains worksheets; help sheets; guides; wider reading activities and other useful resources
The idea behind the Blog was not only to enter the world of web 2.0 but also to change the way that English Literature is studied. My ultimate vision is that the students set up a Blog for Beloved when they read the text, in this way other people (even other students) can comment on the entries in their Blog and, in this way, students can engage with alternative views (an important Assessment Objective with which they often lack the confidence to fully engage with). It is, in a way, a little like an on-line book club and it could breathe life into silent A Level Students and ensure that real debates enter both the class room and the World of Web 2.0
